John Winter
European Director & Co-Founder
John's has over 14 years experience helping businesses deliver successful online applications and websites. John leads the European side of the business and is responsible for ensuring the needs of our existing clients are met, as well as providing technical leadership, consultancy and developer mentoring for the company. John has a vast knowledge SDL Tridion and other open source content management tools, and has lead successful projects for large international companies, governments and non-profit organizations including Lexus, Toyota, Dunlop, Belgian Government, Liverpool City Council & Dexia Bank.
Nickoli Roussakov
North American Director & Co-Founder
Nick has worked with Fortune 500 companies in the Telecommunications, Automotive, Energy and Utility sectors, as well as Government. He has architected solutions for small to large-size applications and lead teams to successfully deliver them; and throughout his experience, took part in solving a wide range of business problems through the use of SDL Tridion, .NET, J2EE, PLSQL, Oracle APEX, and other technologies for custom business applications within energy, telecommunications and government industries.
Nick’s skills include: leading delivery teams (Agile hands-on project management), web content management solutions development, software design and development, estimation and project planning, problem solving, meeting facilitation, technical writing and system testing. Nick is also the first Canadian SDL Tridion Certified Professional, and is highly recommended by his clients and colleagues.
Mark Williams
Technical Manager
Mark has over 10 years experience in the web development industry in a number of roles including development, architecture and infrastructure. He's responsible for the quality over all Content Bloom global implmentations.
Mark has deep knowledge of .Net, Java and PHP development and has expert skills in a number of enterprise and open source Content Management Systems.
