Here we move into a paid consulting engagement tailored to your individual needs. Our digital experts will work with you to carefully plan and execute a series of workshops and stakeholder interviews that will provide us with a more in-depth analysis. These insights are then used to create a comprehensive digital strategy document for moving forward. Not only will this document serve as a powerful business case, but it is also designed to bring the various stakeholders on board, ensuring the success of any subsequent transformation programs.

Platform Health Check

A high-performing, scalable platform is essential ⁠— which is why we take a holistic approach to platform strategy. At this stage, we conduct a high-level workshop to help understand your current and future digital roadmap and business objectives. We will dive into the existing pain points and challenges with the platform to identify any potential solutions or areas of improvement.

During this workshop, our team will analyze various elements such as customer requirements, operational processes, scalability needs, and more. This assessment will allow us to gain an understanding of where opportunities for improvement exist within the current platform and how best to move forward in order to realize your desired outcomes.

 

Phase 2 – Technical Audit

Here we move into a paid consulting engagement where our AEM experts review the entire codebase utilized within your suite of products to evaluate its structure, quality, and extensibility, as well as its upgradability to future versions. We also take an in-depth look at any existing procedures related to code management and deployment. Armed with these insights, we create an actionable platform optimization plan that can lead to improved performance, operational efficiency, scalability, maintainability, and user experience.

Personalization Accelerator

Personalizing experiences can help take engagement to the next level; by aligning content with individual interests and behaviors, you can create highly engaging experiences that drive conversions.

Multiple components create such a comprehensive personalization strategy. In this call, we’ll explore further details about your target audience, such as their demographics, interests, content preferences, browsing patterns, and more. We’ll also discuss the various types of content you’re producing and distributing, website goals and objectives, as well as traffic volumes to ensure that your personalization efforts are finely tuned for maximum impact and efficiency.
