Our certified Scrum Masters manage project sprints in accordance with strict Agile processes, and deliver weekly burn-down reports. We use industry-leading project management software, including Jira to document sprint planning, story grooming, and show real-time project reporting.

The Waterfall project management methodology is best suited to projects with a fixed scope and timeline. Our PMI certified Project Managers document the full scope in an initial project requirements document, which is signed off and converted into a project plan. Deviations and additions to the plan are documented and discussed with relevant stakeholders; Project risks, dependencies and updates are communicated and resolved quickly to ensure success.
