SNC Lavalin is a Montreal-based company leading the charge in engineering, procurement, and construction services. With over 50,000 global employees in offices in over 50 countries and operations in over 160 countries, they serve various industries, including mining and metallurgy, oil and gas, environment and water, infrastructure, and clean power.
SNC became a client in 2015 after they acquired SDL Tridion and began looking for an experienced implementation partner to provide early consultancy and expertise. Fast-forward to today and we’re pleased to have successfully rebuilt their corporate website, a number of mini websites, and a fully functioning intranet that supports over 50,000 global employees.
New Corporate Website
Built from the ground up, SNC’s new corporate website included the groups new brand design and was built to support multiple translations and localizations, while looking pixel perfect on any device. Under the hood it also features various technology integrations with the likes of Workday HR, Sharepoint and SNC’s internal email marketing platform.
Easy-to-Build Mini Sites
With hundreds of major construction projects simultaneously progressing, SNC needed a framework to quickly build and publish dedicated mini sites.
Content Bloom built a framework on top of SDL’s Digital Experience Accelerator (DXA) framework that enabled the rapid creation of sites, but allowed the SNC teams the creativity to customize and enhance the visual design themes to tailor them to the subject of the website.
24/7 Managed Services Support
With our managed services team offering 24/7 support, SNC no longer has to worry about day-to-day content management tasks. We help implement new website features and support their content management infrastructure with our round the clock global teams. This ensures their marketing and IT teams are focused on bigger goals.
